How can I place an order in the WAGNER online shop?

Please proceed as follows in order to securely and easily place an order:

1. Cart

Select the products that you would like to order by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button. This moves your selection into the cart. You can change this selection at any time prior to sending your order by altering the quantity of the products, you can delete the selection or cancel the order process by clicking on the "Remove" box. You can move to the next order step by clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

2. Checkout

If you already have a customer account, please log in using your e-mail address and password. Otherwise, please register as a new customer or a guest. Your data is collected and processed in compliance with the data privacy regulations (Privacy Policy). Your data is not used for any other purpose and it is not forwarded to third parties. You can select your payment and shipment method once you have logged in. You can move to the next order step by clicking on the "Continue" button.

3. Checking the Billing Address / Selecting the Payment Method

Now check the billing address and select the desired payment method. You can move to the next order step by clicking on the "Continue" button.

4. Checking the Shipping Address / Selecting the Shipping Method

Now check the shipping address and enter your desired shipping method. You can move to the next order step by clicking on the "Continue" button.

5. Completing the Order Process / GTC & Privacy Policy

You will receive an overview of the order: The selected products, the shipping and billing address as well as your contact data. Check again that all of the information is correct and please read the General Terms and Conditions. (GTC) and the Revocation Instruction carefully. You can only continue with the order provided that you agree with the GTC and the privacy policy. Your order is submitted to us when you click on the "Submit Order" button. You hereby submit a binding offer.
