Warranty declaration

(1) Wagner System GmbH generally grants a warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase on its products for private use. In individual cases, a longer warranty period is granted, provided this is communicated explicitly and on a specific product.

(2) The warranty can only be granted on presentation of the original purchase receipt.

(3) The warranty applies exclusively to proper and appropriate use of the products.

(4) The warranty covers eventual material faults or production deficiencies.

(5) The warranty does not include

• any incidental costs arising from the rectification of defects
• the disposal of the defective product or other damaged items
• the costs caused by the defective product
• the shipping and travel costs incurred by the defective product

(6) Warranty claims are also excluded in the event of damage to the product due to

• normal wear and tear
• improper or abusive handling
• non-observance of any safety precautions
• use of force
• attempts to repair the product on one's own
• environmental influences (heat, moisture, etc.)

(7) Should material or production defects occur in the purchased product during the warranty period, Wagner System GmbH, as the guarantor and according to its own terms, will grant one of the following warranty services:

• repair of the goods free of charge or
• exchange of the goods for an equivalent item free of charge.

(8) The warranty claim is to be formulated in writing to:

Wagner System GmbH, Archimedesstr. 5, D - 77933 Lahr, Germany.

(9) These warranty provisions are valid throughout Europe; the place of jurisdiction is Lahr, Germany.

(10) The warranty claims regulated by law remain unaffected by this warranty.
